The foods we eat have the single greatest influence on our health, our energy levels, our physiques and our mood. Simple adjustments to our foods - both quantities and types of food - can make fantastic changes! Making dietary changes doesn't have to mean suffering, denial or massive will-power! Well, it can do, but its not the only option! Depending on your goals, and your history of training and dieting, I will find a solution for you.

Exercise Can Help Keep Off Pounds 

Exercise and good nutrition work together to keep you healthy. Regular physical activity helps control your appetite and burns off calories to help lose extra pounds or maintain a healthy weight. 
 
Increasing your physical activity is an important part of losing weight. Moreover, it will be a lot harder to maintain your weight loss without increasing your exercise. 
Regular exercise can:

  • prevent diabetes or decrease the need for diabetes medication
